I lived in Sebastian for 12 Years. I remember preparing every summer week for a potential hurricane...that sent me packing back north.
After having 2 roofs blown off and countless broken windows and other damage...FL proved to be not what it's all cracked up to be - at least from my point of view.

Florida....11 curves in 318 miles! :)

I'm still jealous!
It's 22 degrees right now!

Jacksonville is lucky when it comes weather. In 20 years living here we had one "alert" that proved to be false (hurricane Floyd for those that follow history). I spent my spring break in PA about 15 years ago (long story, the one with the girl) and after scrapping the ice of the windshield with the cassette case (showing my age) I decided that 90F and 100% humidity is not that bad.

Oh you came to PA - Welcome to the only state in the US that you turn the heat on and air conditioner on in the same day! HaHaHaHaHa (Ask me how I know)

Enjoy that FL Winter, most of us Northeners wish we were there.

Maybe I should have worded it differently. Something like "soon you will be able to enjoy something like this", but the day was so nice I could either feel sorry for the people with 3 feet of snow on the ground or rub it in. I don't think feeling sorry for somebody is helpfull to them so....
