Hi Guys
What's the underseat storage like, it gets a mention in the reviews but no pictures, so I wonder if it is more significant than my ex R1100S?

It's not very good. I added some tools to the stock tool roll (makes it larger in diameter), and pretty well filled up the rest of the space as well.
This thread has some pics:

I can fit my Motopumps tire repair kit and a few other things plus what I put in the tool bag. Swiss army knife and Swiss army LED AA flashlight. O
Otherwise I think its supposed to be a cell phone and credit card....

I fit a Pellican cast to the rear.

Well, I can fit quite a few useful things under the seat. Starting with the tool kit which is sufficient for all the service work on the bike and weighs at least 4 kilograms, two tire repair kits with CO2 cartridges, spare ring antenna, spare rear drive seal, spare spark plug coil, hand pump, GS-911 tool, fluorescent vest which is mandatory in some European countries, a roll of thick duct tape, a home made lamp which can be plugged in the on board socket, and a few rags and wet handkerchiefs to wash my hands if needed on the road. It is important to use the space behind both side covers, and the space behind rear black side covers as well. My bike is handicapped a bit at the left side rear black cover, as I have installed a switch for the pillion seat heater there, and it takes some space. Maybe there is sometheing else under the seat as well, but I can't think of it at the moment...
If you wish to see a small underseat storage, take a look under the seat of F650 single. Barely first aid kit fits in there, the rest of the stuff has to be carried in a tank bag or somewhere else.

Good looking bike, nice color, great "S" (like mine) wheels.
