Austin F1 Race

Any one going? I just secured some lodging at a camp ground near the track. I found it to be the most reasonable in cost. I was shocked as heck when I was looking for a hotel room, I expected the rates to be inflated or doubled, but extreme gouging is taking place. Seen hotels with normal rates of 80-100 bucks a night asking 400-600 bucks. That should be criminal, I would think that the hotels would be happy just to fill up, and austin would benefit from the extra tourism. That kind of gouging is a shame.
