Today's Ride - Bear Lake Raspberry Shakes

Heading out today to get a milkshake along a large body of water that straddles the Utah/Idaho border called Bear Lake. They are known for their good Raspberry milkshakes. This is one of those trips that mixes slabbing with canyons (on/off slabs) and generally is a VERY twisty ride. I will also find out if the road is finally open across the mountain behind my house (its closed seasonally). Having a wet Spring has caused many of the growers here to be 60 days behind on growing "stuff" and may not get anything in the ground this year due to the late snows, etc. Here is the route I will be taking as follows:

Its roughly 325 miles and it should be alot of fun. Wishing you safe rides/fun this weekend.

We rode roughly 350 miles that day with even 10+ miles of off road. Encountered a 40 degree differential from 50-90 degrees in a couple of hours. All said, it was a fun day.
