Sold my transmission, now to find a low ratio trans

Sold it over the forum.
Had also posted on eBay - what a ripoff! $60 to sell it on a Buy It Now!!
Also posted on St Louis Craigslist - got 3 responses, ALL OF THEM scammers!! Took it off after 1 day.
They wanted to give me a "Certified Check" for much more than the
amount, then me pay them back the difference. Of course the check
would be bogus and once the bank submits it and it gets returned,
which by then the scammer is long gone, they take the money back
out of your account.
I did submit an online FBI internet scam complaint. I should have offered
the FBI to do a sting and go along with the scam so they could arrest
the jerks when they come to get it, which they said they were going to do.
Oxygen thieves like that rate right below a big boil on humanities derriere!
Anyway - still looking for a low ratio 1st & 6th trans out of a GS Adv, an RTP, etc.
I had already swapped and installed the one I bought that was advertised as an RTP trans but turned out to be the same ratio as the standard roadster trans. All that work for nothing!
A pity, really, cuz this one shifts SO nice! And negligible gear slop between gears. Must have been nearly new.
BUT - on with my quest. When I do find one, I'll have a VERY nice roadster trans for sale.
At least I'll have a hydraulic lifting table the next time I do the swap. Finished all the welding, etc, last nite, just have to put the plywood platform
on and then "the big test".
I'll post pictures IF the bike doesn't fall off !
