Scraping on Leans

I have a 1150 Rock that is driving me crazy. Just picked the bike up for 24K service, also replaced back brakes and new rotor. When I lean the bike to the left or right, i get this scraping vibration from the bike. I pull the clutch in, lean it left or right, scraping. I shut the engine down and coast, lean it and it starts again. When I "ride" the rear brake and lean it - you guessed it - mild scraping vibration.
I took it back to dealer and they checked it for "Slop" but the bearings seem good, no play. They said it is just new parts breaking in. mmmmm.. It makes me nervous to take the bike out.
It is possible that there is slop that is undectable, but only manifests on the lean. Is this bad for new rotor. This is a pretty good dealer in the Atlanta area - but is there a genius out there in the south east I can take the bike to?
