Do you guys always get this kind of customer service?

I ordered a BMW Summer 2 pants from a US retailer a few weeks ago and the pants came with a missing plastic belt clip. They resend the clip together with a very nice BMW Motorrad T-shirt by USPS to me in
Singapore, probably cost them US$50 for a missing 50cents item. Very impressive kind of customer service

Folks at Sierra BMW are first class...
I stopped in one day just passing through to check out the shop. Another traveler dropped in needing a new tire to continue his trip that day. Shop foreman took somebody off another job and about 40 minutes later that traveler was back on the road.
So, yeah, I think that's "normal" customer service from those guys...
