What paint on the rockster frame/forks?

Where can I get some touch up or spray paint that matches the blue used on the frame of the rockster?

That's a good question. Folks have had trouble with the blue paint bubbling & flaking off. Someone here must know if touch-up paint is available in the absurdly expensive small applicators, or possibly in a rattle can.

Paint flakes as a result of poor adhesion,,,,duh!!!, usually brought by painting on unprimed or dirty/contaminated surfaces.
