Off Road tyres for Rockster

So I recently decided to quit my job and move to one of the Greek islands for a new start. Things have proven better than I expected and I now have time to play around with my Ed80 again. However, the roads here are not as smooth as I would like plus the distances I travel from start to stop last an average of 10 minutes or so. My Pilots have been great so far but I feel like I am just wearing them off right now. I thought an off road tyre would make more sense here plus add a more aggresive look to the bike. I remember seeing a picture somewhere around the net but can't find anything now. Do you guys have any suggestions for me to look at or even have prior experience in such a project?
Thanks...

Pirelli Scorpions will fit straight on (they're the OE tyre for the Ducati Multiblender err MultiSTRADA, sorry), and wil fit the 5.5 rim on the Rockster.
They're ok off-road too...

just check the speed rating on the tyre
but any dual purpose tyre will be good
but you need to match thr tyre to thr terrain and your riding
me i like metzlers

Another vote for Pirelli Scorpion Syncs. Ran them on my Buell XB for a season, including trackdays (one wet, one dry) and had good performance overall. At the track they can get greasy if run too hot, but that's not exactly what the tires are made for!
The back tire can square-off if you use it for heavy & boring travel.
I have a spare set that will go on my Rockster after current tires (Pirelli Diablos bought cheap).

Get the boots wet - it's the best way to break them in. (especially leather ones).
