Howdy from Minnesota. My 1996 R1100RT dashboard turn signal/flasher indicators are stuck on. My flasher control button has been unplugged and when I plug it in the 4-way flashers will not shut off without pulling the fuse. The turn signals work as they should and if I press both signal buttons at the same time, once again the 4-way flashers go on and won't shut off until I pull the fuse.
I've only had this bike for a couple of days, so I don't know my way around it too well.
Thanks in advance for any tips!

You may have tried this and I have not tried this on my r1100 but on my harley ultra if you hit both buttons at the same time it will activate the flashers and to shut them down you have to hit both buttons again at the same time to deactivate them

Thanks, I've got a Roadglide too. This is actually an electrical problem.

Does the bike by chance have a Kisan Signal Minder installed? That will give you the same symptoms. The 4 way flasher switch is used to turn them on BUT NOT OFF!
To do that you push and hold one of the turn signal switches. (Not sure which one off the top of my head.) Look here under downloads for the instructions;
