I like the stripe low out of what you have shown.

How about striping the part in between high and low? having variable thickness and a weird shape it will be slightly more challenging to mask but could look real nice. After painting mine I remember regretting hiding that V shape instead of highlighting it.
I used masking tape and paint used for model cars bought at a hobby shop. The plastic rubber-like tape was designed for masking odd shaped surfaces and worked well, same as the flexible paint made for plastic. (I used to race nitro RC cars)

Either way I like a painted sport screen, and am obviously partial to stripes on a bike...
Good luck, I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Which side did you paint?
I remember reading about someone who painted the backside.
It sounds more permanent that way.

I did paint the back side, my spring and summer riding kills a lot of insects of varying sizes which requires frequent cleaning of my windscreen, it just seemed easier to paint the back.

I've thought about that, do you have some pictures to share?

I like the all black look.

Has anyone tried to use automotive window tint on the back side of a screen? Thinking about it for my BMW touring screen.

Thanks for all the comments. I am going to go with black on the backside and see what white pinstipes look like on the front side. The pinstripes on the back would have to go on first. Will post picture when the new brackets are done and the painting. Thanks again.
