Computer failure? - Temperature

Hello,
today i noticed something wrong with the temp indication
. Usually in full sun (the bike stay in full sun for abt 4 hrs, parked) the temp reads 31-32°C while after a night in the garage it used to show 23-24°C.
Which is appropriate for the season here in italy. But....since this early morning it keep staying on 25°C, no matter what.
Is there anyone of you that experienced something like this? Where is located the temp sensor?
