Gents, Saw this on the lBMWR site, ( http://www.ibmwr.org/market/adlist.php?cat=oas ) so I sent the seller an email. She had Sargent seat build her this seat using a standard height stock seat pan, but it's still not what she's looking for. She's selling the Sargents seat since she picked up a Corbin. She sent me pix, which I can't post from work, but the seat has grey piping which won't work with my black bike, so I'm going to pass.

My assumption is that one of y'all might be interested.

Her name is DJ, she's in Tallahassee, and her email is [email protected]

Sargent seat for R1200R
This seat was custom made by Sargent for the R1200R; they intended to make them but there wasn't enough interest (they said). It is far better than the stock seat, but did not fit me particularly well. Like new, and very good looking.
Price: $250.00 plus shipping

I would jump on it if I didn't already have an aftermarket seat. That's just $100 less than a Air Hawk pad.

Thanks for posting this. I sent her an e-mail. Looks great on her fastest Granite Grey Roadster.

Yup. But this makes me think I may let Sargent redo my seat when things get "cool" here in Central Texas.

I bought one off Eb-y already done by Sargent with the BMW M logo stripes and black pipping. The seat is really comfortable. Longest ride has been 4 hrs, but after and hr my butt was sore on the stocker.
