It's that time of year - New Tyres

OK so I searched through the forum for previous posts and came across a few information. I came to the conclusion that there are a few contestants but I should really focus on the Pilot Road 2 or the Stradas. What I want to know by the guys that made the original posts I read some time back, is how pleased they are with their choice now that the tyres have a few kilometers (or miles if you wish) on them.

I've had about 6 pairs of Stradas all in -get around 5-5,500 miles to a rear (and about 3K more on the front - ish) and am always happy with them.
If you do a lot of straight line riding, they WILL square, but then so will anything with only straight line riding.
Lots of grip in all weathers and plenty of feedback. My choice.
Currently I have a Scorpion Sync on the back, which I'm not going to repeat - it's ok, but not
quite as good as the Strada, not bad, but the difference is one I don't like (but I think it might last longer). I only put it on because I was doing an off-road day.

This is so cool Rice... I was thinking of changing the wheels on my Raquel to the ones from a GS adventure, talking about the spiked ones.. they should look awesome!

BTW - I just got about 14K out of a Diablo strada front - INCLUDING a day's worth of off-roading, AND a long weekend in France - it lasted 2 Strada rears AND a Scorpion Sync rear! I was amazed - it was still grippy as anything.

Does anybody knows the difference between Micheling Pilot Sport (rear) and the Micheling Pilot sport HPX. want to replace the rear tire (the front one is in good shape) the Pilot sport HPX is the same pattern as the old Pilot sport. What gives? Any info is really appreciate,
