I have reserved 9 of the 11 Campsites in Loop C for Friday, and Saturday Night. The other 2 sites will be ours, but the Park saves them for walk ins.

9 of us have paid $54 to reserve the sites. Newcomers, late arrivals, etc. will need to pay a share to the current site "owner".

There are some tremendous roads in the area, and it is close to both I-81, and I-77. If you don't want to camp, there are several hotels nearby. http://maps.google.com/maps?client=safa ... sults&cd=1

We will not eat at the Italian place, or the Lodge.

I'm in as well and very much looking forward to it. I am also very certain you can include my friend Paul Radike whom you guys haven't met yet, but you will at the Bash.

As of right now there are 7 people who have thrown their hat in. The sites are $20/night, and it looks like they are holding 2 for walk ins. So we have a couple of options.

I can reserve 7 sites ($40 per person)

I can get 5 sites for 2 nights, and then we get the 2 walk ins. If we can't get the walk in sites then we can double up on tents on a platform. ($40 per person)

Or we can get all 9 sites that are available, and split the cost. ($52 per person) Then if anyone else decides to come, they pay the original group.

Let's take the whole place like before. I can possibly get someone to come with me from GA. But I'm willing to soak up my share of the difference to have it to ourselves.

Send us Paypal or other payment instructions and we will make you whole right away.

The total for the 9 sites available at this time was $378. That is $54 each.

Okay, I got the first one cancelled. I'll send the correct way this afternoon. I think I may have a R1150R GA. riding buddy to come up with me in August. I won't know for sure until about june though. He cam up from Macon Saturday and rode with us to a campsite over in Alabama. I sent him to the site and encouraged him to ride up to HM with me in Aug.
We had 2 RRs, 2 GSs and LT and an RT on the ride Sat and Yesterday. I bottomed out that front Rockster shock several times, so I'm not sure its as new as they said it was.

Jeff - I seemed to have forgot my paypal password but it is written down in a secure location at home. When I get home tonight I will send you some $$.
