Motolites Installed on R1200R

I put the Motolites on the bike and here are a few pictures. I used the tail light lead to power the relay so the lights go on and off with the key. The included switch is still used so they can be turned off if desired.
I didn't have a fuse block so I coiled up the excess wire under the seat.
Nice bright light, extra visibility.
Mounted on the calipers.
Wiring, follow the brake lines.
There is a tab on the tank that is perfect for hanging the wire.
On/Off Switch, on the left side by airbox.
Wiring under seat.

One kinda general comment - not directed at Dan, although his photo made me think of it.
When installing wiring on the R1200R - take careful note of where the contact points to the frame from the bottom of the seat are. There are two that contact the cross-bars the shock mounts between near the ends - and you don't want to pinch wire by putting it in that spot. Those two take a considerable amount of the riders weight, as do the two on the crossbars below the front seat fastening hooks on the side frame rails.
I've tried on mine to run all the wiring below the crossbars and/or frame rails when possible, keeping it out of harms way. It's a little tricky doing that, and takes a bit of planning, but it is doable.
Just a FWIW - but do take a look when you're adding wiring..

except when I was installing my black moto lights on my black r1200r I was testing drivning an 848 "awesome baby"..Ok, Ok the dealer was installing the lights.

Thanks for the tip, I will double check that.
My original location for the coiled up excess wire was above the frame rail, and I relocated it to where you see it for exactly the same reason.
