BMW R1200R R1150R/T F800 K1200R R1100R/T R1250R RnineT Message Board

Hi all,

I just noticed that my rear wheel (drive side) has a coat of film over it. It don't see any leaks on in the FD seal (my R12GS had them twice) but there is alot of black soot in the joint under the rubber gasket.

Is this normal?
