I will check with the wife today, she planned on doing a Poker Run thing Sunday. But I would rather go to Galena any day!
Also - could you do it Saturday?, was planning on going to a local Demo Derby at 6:00pm Sunday (promised Shaun, since we didn't make it to the Motorcycle Races last weekend)
You should post this on MOA too

That's OK, supposed to be a great day, we'll stick to our original plan. The poker run puts us back here at 4:00 so we can make the Demo Derby.
We were thinking about trying to meet you for lunch, but it would mean a mad dash to get back home - not too safe.
Good place to eat in Galena: Almost Paradise Bar & Grill:

It's about 5 blocks down Main Street on the Right. Good sandwiches and cold beer!
Ann Marie showed me some back roads up there. I'll e:mail you a map tomorrow. But even IL 20 is fun, nice sweepers. Just watch the tight left hander right before you get into Galena, (think it's marked 30mph) it can be slippery.
Have a fun and safe ride!

Galena Fun Route 1 (Galena to Blackjack Road to Hanover and back to IL20) Look for signs to Chestnut Mt. Ski Resort. Fun twisty road, but keep an I out for traffic:

Galena Fun Route 2 (Galena to Hazel Green & New Diggings to Elizabeth, IL & IL20) Fun sweepers, usually not a lot of traffic:

If there are any riders that want to hitch, meeting at Lilly Lake, little quick mart at the cross roads. Just North of Rts 64 & 47 on 47, I think. 8:30-9am
