Me too.
I'd like to be near the top of the reserve replacement list, to buyout anyone that opts out, for whatever reason. It always happens.

Talked with Nelson today about overflow.
The next door B&B is now also rented for the weekend. 4 private rooms shared baths. $85.00 per person for the total two night stay. No couples here.
Next four Paypals get the rooms.
UPDATED
3 rooms remain. 9/26

Scot,
The 'party' house and the other house are next door (almost). Do you want a room at the next door one?

From Iowa City, according to mapquest
13.5 hours (oh my poor aching behind)
830 miles mostly Interstates I-80, I-74, I-70, BOOOOO
if i get there i will probably just want to stand around all weekend.
but at least you scheduled the weekend following graduation. that's good. my little business venture is doing better, another positive.
maybe a cheap pickup truck could be purchased. no i can't be like that.
my dad lives few hours north of there, and maybe i could make somewhat longer trip of it. ooooh butt relief.
You all may have the displeasure of meeting the smart alec, punk pizza delivery boy from the sticks yet.

iowa,
if you want to break that trip up a little, there are a couple of us bumpkins on the east side of columbus, just off of I-70.

Thank you very much for the invitation. I would be honored to meet the bumpkin battalion. CONCRETE SET TIMES? HIDDEN SOCK TREASURES? I don't understand these terms. But who cares? Sounds like fun, Count me in!
I would very much like to attend the bash. I won't be making any decisions or real plans until May begins. If things are good at that point, I am going to try.
Too many variables in a complex system (life) to be able to ascertain an accurate outcome.

Iowa, it sounds like you will fit right in - given your interest in concrete set times and socks.

Next update due before Thanksgiving....
Right now, after shifting things around a little bit, we have:
1 double occupancy room available for $50 per person. Max 2. Shared bath, etc.
And two private rooms; shared bath at $60 per person.
(Rob, You and Jim are getting the other double room at Old Clark Inn, so you are now in the main building. Cost is $50 per person.)
(Vann, refund coming to you and thanks for being flexible....you get a private room now; choice of buildings.)
(John, let me know about Alex or Howard. I can shift you to a private room/shared bath or leave you there.)

Mike - thanks for handling things. I would just as soon stay in the Old Clark Inn. Hang onto the money until things are finally sorted out if you want.

Hey!
Maybe I'm just way too excited about making it to my first Bash......but can one of you computer savvy guys rig up some sort of countdown till the Bash? I'm picturing some sort of calendar or digital clock that counts down the months/days/hours until Bash day..............
Ooops, Sorry for the intrusion in the lull of the thread.........momentary girl drama! My bad.
