Sounds extremely fair, what do you want to eat?
Just throw in an autographed picture of you and the bike and I'll throw in the wine. That way, down the road, after you're rich AND famous and you have your own TV series building bikes I can auction off the picture and retire!

Thanks Jack...unfortunately my camera doesn't capture the color of the cabinets well
They are a real deep mohagany color but they look almost black in those pics.

I've seen that "pocket" between the steering head and down tube filled with body filler on some custom bikes, gives it a nice smooth blended look IMO.

The wheel is "Chrome Horse" brand. Don't know why they call them that since they aren't chrome Confused
Something just clicked from my "musical past". It's from "Like a Rolling Stone", a tune from Bob Dylan's musical past.
Past a certain age, you never know when the synapses are gonna link up.

Frame has been sandblasted and sealed with 2 part epoxy primer ( PPG NCP271 ) Now it's time to fair and sand...and fair and sand

Interesting project!
Could you talk a bit about why you are going with carbs, vs injection? Do you expect much problem in tuning the carbs and how will you do it?

I specialize in old airhead restoration. I know carbs more than anything and I didn't want all the sensors, wire and the computer. I have adapted a Dyna2000 ignition system to work on the motor with selectable advance curves. I think these mods will make the motor more adjustable/adaptable for my application. I will let you know when I get it running
