Had an Ilmberger hugger on my last R1200R and it saved the day.
Cost a bit over $400 AUS + postage (now around $500 Aus)
No more crud on the back of my leg on a wet day, easy clean, looked good and a 'sexy' feature when I sold it.
Win win.
Current 09 R1200R. More recently ex '09 R12GS, 07 R12R, 07 F800ST & distant memories

I think Mr. Eilenberger convinced me. Too bad I've never seen one on eBay. Paying full price is somewhat painful. Let's see how long I can refrain and hope to find a deal.
Edit: just checked eBay. It seems we all desperately need bulbs and covers.
