I was going to take a picture of me and my BMW to share, but I didn't ride it today. It was sitting home in the garage because the clutch splines might fall off and the fuel couplings might crack and the rear drive bearing might disintegrate just as I'm laying my left knee down in the first 20 mph turn out of Lowman.

My friends always said :"This bike is much too big for you ! How can you get on it ?"
"Well, I always have a small ladder with me..."

It looks sort of like a Kawasaki Vulcan 750.

A VN750 was my first bike and the only bike I've ever bought new. Totaled it six months later when I was hit head on by a distracted driver of an SUV. I really liked that bike. Probably wouldn't have the Beemer if I hadn't wrecked it.

As a photographer I find it hard not to fix other people's photo's. After "stealing" your photo it took two mouse clicks to fix. One to straighten the horizon, one to add detail to the shadows. Bingo! a new photo.
Try iPhoto all you guys or even Adobe Lightroom if you are using Windows.
Ride safe Sunbeemer

I don't have a pic of me and the bike yet but here's a picture of my RR anyways...
Since this picture the bike has gotten a new step of Avon Storms, Remus exhaust, cylinder guards and the rear fender shortened a bit.
I'm leaving in a few weeks to go ride in North Carolina so I'll have new pictures to post!

What a bunch of geezers and whippersnappers! I am so pleased to be a part of the Roadster/Beakster/Rockster crowd.
I am reflected in the highly polished beak of the red roadster. Otter Creek Wayside, BRP, sometime ago. Best picture of the R1150R I ever took. (Mine is the Yellow Jacket.)
