Increased air flow through the coolers would help.

7-8bars (bar?) is a measure of pressure and equates to ~ 116psi.
Seems a bit high for oil pressure.
When I have nursed a knackered car engine home, low revs and little throttle have kept the knocking at a minimum.

The bars (LCD display) on the RID at the left on the GS indicate relative oil temperature. The only indication of pressure is the red light showing pressure or lack of it. And yes, your calculation bars to PSI is about right...Cheers
