I changed my fuel filter today and one of my quick disconnects cracked when I was removing it. I went to the BMW dealer to buy a replacement. When the parts guy brought it out, I noticed that the piece without the release button is now made of metal instead of plastic. That is the part that cracked on mine because it was plastic. I was originally intending to replace the one that cracked with OEM for now, then ordering the metal aftermarket one later, but since the OEM now uses metal, I just got two of them while I was there. I also got the "normal" clamps with the screw tightener.
