Bob's charged me $78 to clear the LAMP error, update the bike's tire-pressure monitor software and overinflate my tires. Let the LED tail light buyer beware.

Was there ever an answer to the question of whether a GS-911 could clear the LAMP error and perform the introduction?
Good roads,

The GS-911 can clear a stored error - but at this time it doesn't do programming, so no - it can't do the introduction. That's a visit dealer item.

Is anyone aware of a dealer that would order the European LED taillight for me? I need a taillight with a built in license plate light and my dealer can't order it they say.

I would try Chicago BMW parts, but they probably won't be able to order since, and I'm just guessing, the U.S. Motorrad dealers use the same software. Instead, in this age of the Interwebs, why not order direct from a Euro dealership?

Just to add, I had the same Lamp warning issue on my '12 R1200R after the LED tail install. A local dealer in NYC cleared the error for an hour labor. Prob 10 min work, but whatever, it's done, I'm happy!
