Mark, we all know it's a mute point. Frede, sadly as of the last census, EVERY community within the Smokies is at maximum capacity so there can be no more legal migration to the area. Folks are required to remain in distant metropolitan areas and comply with a strict Visa application process. The stills are being remodeled so they can accommodate their dual role to include the offices of Are You a Yankee or a Damn Yankee Visitor Bureau. We'll make sure all interested parties get an invite to apply.

Frede, all kidding aside, get out of the city and come on down for the great riding and enjoy some good corn or sour mash liquor, a great cigar and all the comfort food that Southern Hospitality has to offer. You'll never want to leave.

Cheers
