When something bakes onto a carbon fiber cannister, as I suspect one should not apply abrasives, how does one clean it?

I have never seen a carbon fiber canister get hot enough to bake something.

Had several carbonfiber cans and never had that problem, just clean it like you would do the paintwork.

Stainless steel = BMW

Chrome=Harley ! :shock:
Chrome is an option. Haven't seen one - but probably looks nice for a while..
The chrome looks great after a couple of thousand miles. The stock stainless turns brown near the cylinders. The chrome turns blue. Absolutely lovely.
