The State Police stopped someone right where we were talking. Other pictures show us with our hands up in front of the blue lights!

The multi bulb row of flashing Xenon blue lights were so bright they were hypnotic. That, plus they were flashing for so long they started to affect our sanity. And yet, you couldn't look away. All that for a burned out taillite bulb on a P.O.S. beat up old car.
