Has anyone bought from them, or more importantly - has anyone got their bike serviced with them?

If yes - what are your impressions, would you recommend the service department and overall customer experience?

I bought oil, filter etc from them they were very helpful and seemed to know what they were talking about. Dont know if that helps at all.

Not very helpful I know, but I nearly bought a rockster from them last year. Friendly guys, really helpful on the whole.

Some nice riding rounds surrounding the place too 8)

Friend of mine buys all his BMWs there. :) (it's not close enough for me to have visited more than once).
