My photogenic wife wants to know what kind of a camera you are using? She thinks your pictures are beautiful...and she's watching the thread. :D

Rebel XT (8.0 megapixel) and a couple of Canon's L lenses. I just started getting into photography last summer and the XT was a good entry point for me. It's a good excuse and a good component for my foremost passion: travel and learning about other cultures and meeting new people.

Please tell your wife "thank you" for me.

Done. Wow, she (wife) has the same camera. Did you get the one with the Silver body?

Fantasic stuff Kristi, absolutely fantastic.

The Maritimes and my R have a future date. As soon as I get past this full time fatherhood thing.

Great report Kristi,

Your steeple church with the white picket fence in front is my favorite color composition so far...

I especially like you your inclusion of people with the many different terrain shots.. gives the whole assembly soul.

Good luck on your Alaska sojourn - more of the same please! :D

outstanding Kristi :D

bummer about the lack of rental bikes, but it looks like a great trip nonetheless.

man! the paint job on the "home on a hill" and the "church" are spectacular.
I was dreaming when I wrote this, forgive me if it goes astray...
