how do you clean you rockster
Whats the best way to clean and "Polish" the flat black paint on the Rockster? I always use to use Champions Choice Protect All (Lemon Pledge in the "70s and "80s) or Pro Honda spray cleaner/Polish.

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant; it has SPF 40. It is a little shiny when done, but the flat effect returns after a bit. That particular product is also good for the hoses, and all the plastic bits, especially the alternator cover behind the front wheel. It creates a non-stick effect that makes cleaning much easier. I bought it from:

Re: Guts
WOW! I don't wash mine that often, but I do make sure to clean it about every 6 weeks. It's more to get my hands all over it that to clean it. I like getting a close look at the bike and checking for leaks, cracks, loose bits, etc.dragonmojo wrote:I've got the green Rockster... haven't washed it 'cept maybe for the headlight and flyscreen, and it's nearly 2 yrs old. Bug guts colors kinda match.
