New R1200R

Post by rabbibgr »

I will be picking up my new 2011 R1200R tomorrow and was reading the owners manual today. I discovered that there was no maintainence info except for removing the wheels and changing bulbs. Nothing about milage between services or how to perform the services. I am sure i can figure it out, but I would love to see details referring to changing fluids, and capacitys. Is there a source of that info, sort of a service manual as oppessed to a complete shop manual ?

It doesn't tell me where the air cleaner or other replaceable items are located. It is like BMW assumes that you are to stupid to do basic stuff, and that everything takes a trip to the dealer
