Anyone ever ordered from fc-moto.de and imported to the US?

I'm looking at this for my Schuberth C2:

I'm just not sure what to expect from US Customs in terms of duty...

I ordered a Schuberth C3 from FC Moto that I received 2 weeks ago. They shipped promptly and
the helmet was securely packed and double boxed. They ship by DHL and the helmet was delivered to
the door by the Post Office.
There was no duty collected and I have found in the past that Customs does not bother with small
amounts.
I am very interested in the SRC system for my C3 when I recover from buying the helmet.
At current exchange rate less VAT and plus shipping it is $359 which added to my C3 will
mean I will have a $1000 helmet!!!
If you order it let us know your opinion.
I see it has built in FM. Does anyone know if European FM frequencies are the same as US?

Euro FM freqs are the same as over here (I used to live in Germany)

About the FM frequencies....I have to disagree with Talon Six. I think the frequencies here in Germany end with an even number & in the States they end in an odd number...for example, the Armed Forces Radio frequency in my area is 100.2, my U.S. spec truck tunes to 100.3, so I get it, but the quality sucks. (I currently live in Germany). You may not have a problem though.

Ahh, ya know what, you are right Walker. I remember that now - it made sense on my Audi why I could tune the radio to even tenths on the dial.

Anyway, BTT, I also noticed that the parts for the C2 versus the C3 are different, and the C2 conversion isn't coming out until later this year. Bummer.
