Slippery Seat !

I'm very happy with my 'new' R1150R but find I'm sliding around on the saddle as there is no grip from the seat material - is this normal ? :?

It's the stock saddle by the way.

Don't Armorall the seat. LOL. I did that once in the early 80's. Try a sheepskin seat cover. It works great for me.
