Bloody ell, there’s a procedure with pictures with it as well……. !!!!!!!
I have checked 2 different versions of this procedure, and the Haynes manual only to have it pointed out to me that there is one with pictures on it as well.
The inlets on the head I was working on were just a wee bit tight, hence the feeler gauge didn’t go in.
Have you ever wished a big hole would open up so you could just jump into it?
Done the valves, 3 of the 4 inlets were a bit tight, the rest are fine.
Doing the rocker play adjustment tomorrow when I re-check the valves, just to be sure I did not miss anything after I spent 30 minuets calling my self lots of really unprintable names after realising what an arse I had been whilst checking the valves.
I am most grateful again guys and will try not to ask any more stupid questions, (can’t promise though), while I finish this service
