Looks great. But how does that Wunderlich fairing work?

Yes, how's the wind protection, noise, buffeting, turbulence? If you can, how's it compared to the other shields available? It sure looks good.

never have had a faired bike before I have nothing to compare. So I'll compare it to No - fairing. It is quieter and the wind still hits but it feels gentler and somewhat dissipated. Without it I would get tired over 70 mph, now over 85 mph and it still feels good. I don't notice an added noise, well except fore the roar of my Remus when I crank it. at 6 foot 4, I would need a taaallll shield to give me no wind, but I like the feeling of some wind, and this fairing adds to my enjoyment.

Ya did good!!! ... sharp looking bike.
Wunderich Fairing....the best .... let us know how it performs.
The seat appears like black mercury. It just flows into a seat and looks soft and plush. Did the seat give you a stock height?
And the R1200R's look goes very well with the Remus Exhaust. I hear that the Remus provides a deep growel but is not real loud.???

Thanks for the thumb up, I had the seat built slightly taller than stock and sitting back an inch, at 6'4 it gives me a perfect perch, and saves my knees. The remus even with the baffle removed isn't loud, unless you rack the throttle then its loud but nowhere near obnoxious. With the Baffle in it sounded only slightly louder than stock, only a much deeper tone. On the freeway it purrs quietly along.redwing wrote:Did the seat give you a stock height?

Jeff the are a bit heavier, and It may be my perseption, but they seem to have taken any engine vibration our of the grips in a most pleasing way.
