Boxermania called me today and we had a good talk, as always. The phrase "Teutonic arrogance " came up, in a bad but sadly, truthful way. Al offered to bring some special Louisiana chickens (frozen) . . . . "for those who what
man food". I think he's confusing Lasagna with quiche.

His request for
Boxer's TwinMax is to supplement and aid the use of my homemade 4 foot water manometer

the only problem with the water manometer is that it is so sensitive that if the 1st TB synch is too far off, the large vacuum difference wants to suck the water up-n-out the top and into the intake manifold. I also have 2 different Mercury Carb Styx for that large error dial in too.
Anyway, I should have my gas grille's disintegrated heat diffuser replaced by then if that's better than our new kitchen's oven. BTW, If anyone wants beer you can bring it and we'll keep it cold, just for you. Smokers will be politely asked to take a nature walk, some 100' away.
Wow, Jenny's coming too. I just met her April 18th when I was at their house to swap spare mufflers with Mr Sit-n-Spin.
Boxer, from the other post on my screen, I'd say you should be the one to do the "show-n-tell" change of
Beemeridian's alternator belt. I have the ¼" drive allen, wobble extensions, 3/8ths drive torquewrench and adapters that makes it easy.
DMM, I got your PM. Your bike is 1st in line to be the donor bike of the next Tech session. Your odometer will be closer to 12K by then too. The same parameters apply and for choosing the day/date. Anyone else out there that could not make May 23rd and would like to make the next one send me an info packed PM with at least your Screen name, E-Mail & home phone #.
Everyone should also watch this animation of an older AirHead Boxer motor so you'll fully understand the difference between TDC compression and TDC Exhaust on the Boxer motor, necessary when we adjust the valves:

Click on the small "Engine Strip" triangle repeatedly until the combustion chambers change colors with the piston movement. Cool.
