Does the roadside assistance move to the second owner?

Post by Dale_K »

I found a roadside assistance booklet under the seat of my used 2008 R12R but it has been water damaged and the pages are all stuck together. I just bought the bike and I know it has warranty coverage for quite a while yet. Am I covered by the roadside assistance or is it only for the original purchaser?

It goes with the bike. Same term as the warranty.

From the back of the card:

IMPORTANT: Please be prepared with the following when calling:
1. Model and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
2. Exact location of your vehicle.
3. Where you are calling from, including a phone number where you can be reached.

Service is through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc. (or Cross Country Motor Club of California if you're in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin or Wyoming.)

Good roads,
