Padding Kit for Standard everyday life type of Jean's ?

Is anyone know a company that make paddings for motorcycle pants
that could be use to make kind of "Padding's Kit" to stitch inside the standard everyday Jean's ?

Just like 501 Levi's strauss type of pants converted to bike pant.

There are several kevlar-lined jeans on the market. I'd buy them before retrofitting: if there's a chance the lining or armour can move, you can end up with zero protection. If the jeans aren't made to take linings or armour, chances are the fabric will disintegrate instantly and the lining or armour will fall away leaving you unprotected. While 501s might suit you, I'd bet a nasty graze (or worse) would not.

I have a couple of pairs of lined jeans but wear them for short trips around town only - out on the open road, they just don't give the same protection as leather or codura with quailty armour.

Draggin' Jeans were about the first of the kevlar jeans, selling in Australia since nearly two decades ago (and now internationally). They make quite a few in Levi styles - mine are almost identical to my Levi 504s - http://www.dragginjeans.com.au/products ... egular.htm You can get a variety of styles - but a personal warning - the looser the fit, the more chance the protection won't be where you need it. A good mate came off in Kevlar-lined cargo pants, and they were loose enough to allow the padding to drag away from the impact site. Result - a very nasty wound to the knee. OUCH.

Draggin also sell armour that attaches to the kevlar lining with velcro - these come in and out easily - though I'd be concerned that it might move around in an extend tumble. I have draggin jeans and like them a lot. I purchased optional knee/shin armor as well. Another option, that would work with any pair of pants, is Bohn body armor. http://www.bohnarmor.com/
These seem to be better suited to protection from impact type injuries vs. just abrasion. I don't know anyone who has tried them yet.

Personally, I only ride in the Motoport Air Mesh II Kevlar stuff. Great armor for crash and abrasion protection, and very cool in hot weather. Outstanding all-around gear for ATGATT.
