johnnyjs1 is correct. You are letting yourself be robbed if you say yes to these robbers.
Call different locksmiths and tell them the cases are locked on the bike, so they realize a parking lot pick session is needed. Then pick the cheapest/closest one. Tell the locksmith the truth, that you'll make him world famous on the internet and if he has a website, it will be listed. Then follow thru.

They should also be able to re-key the locks to your ignition key once they get em open and the cylinders removed.
See, I told you guys, half the time I dont know what I'm talking about.
