Thanks for the article. I disagree with the writers assessment of "uselessness of the mirrors" at 110 kmh. I have NO problem with the mirrors at any speed. I also have to laugh when I read about excess or intrusive vibration. I find the R12R VERY smooth, but then I came off of a non-rubber mount Sportster. THAT's vibration!

I came off an R1150RS - and the R1200R is smooooooooth.. and buzz free for me. The RS would try to buzz me off the bike at anything over 4k RPM, where the R1200R is just getting fun there..

You are lucky, as my mirrors are pretty useless at freeway speeds. I can see the cars, but they are buzzing.
