On the left side , 15 inches more or less above the foot peg.

If it's not there, that's where it's supposed -but may not be there due to Market differences.
Can't tell from your profile from where in the world you hail...

The covered power outlet is just to the left of the torx screw in this photo:

(It is NOT the male 2-prong plug, which allows me to plug in my Kisan on-board battery charger)
