shift lever adjustment on 1150 RTP

Post by Roxy88 »

In my manual for my 1150RTP it says I can adjust my shift lever but does not say how. Does anyone know how this is done? Thanks

The linkage should be similar to what is on my R1150R.

Just pry the half circle wire off the shaft and slide it out of it's hole. After that, the ball pops out of the socket and you can make your adjustments and grease it.
