I would like to remove my centre stand. Can anyone recommend a rear paddock stand.

Why do you want to remove the centre stand?

The bike when purchased had a modified rear suspension for a vertically challenged rider. The bike (centre stand) now strikes every speed bump in my area. I have investigated replacing the rear shock but the cheapest option may be to remove the stand.

Have you looked on E-Bay or Beemerboneyard for a used rear shock? Your probably are not getting the suspension travel that the bike needs to track well. I have seen used shocks for under $100.
