Well thanks to Martin's help all is sorted! After an awful time with seized BBAS's which we had to run through a number of hoops to remove (WD40, boiling water and an impact screwdriver!) we managed to get it all sorted! I've replaced the BBAS's this afternoon with some shiny new ones and everything...

That's the guide I used but my two cylinders are like 20% out with each other on the carb tune, but if i try to level them I can't get them down enough and the bike runs like crap!

Just been on the blower to BMW in Alton to get that screw cap thingy to make the funnel jobby and they say the cap is no longer available Any ideas what I can do??
