i cut a short piece of allen wrench just long enough to stick out of the allen head and used a box wrench to loosen/tighten.

after seeing the aircraft prop in the background ,if this engine is to be used in an aircraft at least it wont have spline issues!

patiently waiting for the outcome.

bought a bunch of filters from http://www.turnermotorsport.com
on the left hand side of page look for search box.type in ( oc 91 )
o.e. mahle oi filters. fwiw

for more grip ,a little bit of valve grinding compound on the screwdriver tip might be helpful,worked for me on my r90 bing carb tops. good luck

those are bmw accessory eyes for bungee cords,see bmw accessory catalog.side case mounts are different.

chi town, go up the chain of command,general manager,then dealer principal[owner,owners] if to no avail,good things do not happen to bad people.people are covering up for a lying tech,or he/she is a convincing liar. i worked at a benz dealer,have seen it before.
