I installed one of these on my Ed 80 as well. Works a treat! The folks at comagination said to NOT hook up the low-beam as it would cause problems since it stays on when the hi-beam it lit.

I have a 1957 R50. The engine is out and I'm rebuilding the entire drive train. The oldest running BMW will be a 1923 R32.
