i just installed the SM-5 also. I think I have a small problem though I can set the signals as running lights but they are either dim or off. So can you guys make them bright also?

Kisan SM-5 fixed my signal issue.

agree relay is probably the cause, I have on order the Kisan unit so will know soon.

I just noticed this happening a couple times now. I activate the turn signal and blink rate is normal but after maybe 10-15 seconds they flash at a faster rate a few times and then back to normal.

this happens with L and R signals, but not every time and doesn't matter if engine is running or not!

When I purchased my bike I ended up with some spare
Tinted winscreen med height, low seat like new and bar backs or risers in case anyone needs them.

you just to make sure the lower bag mount in slipped into the mount at the rear foot pegs. If you happen to miss this mount then the bags will pop off easily. But maybe a pin like was mentioned above can't hurt. On my 05 GS I drilled and had clips in the mount so they wouldn't pop open going off road.
