Well, I have to say that the valve adjustment wasn't as difficult as my mind had made it out to be. The only hurdle I ran into was the interior doughnut shaped rubber gasket on one side was split when I removed the head and I needed to order another one for replacement. I have really enjoyed following your progress and am happy that it sounds like you have everything worked out. Take that canister off, man - It'll make the bike lighter for your track days :lol:

Yes, the same thing happened to me.

Rotate the clip around 180 degrees so that the solid metal part side of the clip is away from where your leg will be so that you won't catch it. What I believe happened on mine is that my boot caught the clip and pulled at it.
