FiremanLI: Neversieze isn't recommended on the lug bolts because it will lubricate them and allow the torquer to overtorque them and risk a failure of the bolt. This would be bad--very, very bad! The torque spec is for a clean, dry bolt. I stopped the rust in my hub using a the o-ring sealed center...

For one that's really stuck, sit on the floor and kick the now 2 turns loosened lugnut wheel with your shoeheel hitting HARD on the rubber toward the muffler until it breaks free. I too thought the bike had a cramp feel when I first started to ride it. but after miles of riding and some good streching first. The bike feels very comfortable. So I think once your body/legs get use to it, it will be fine!

Your bike looks great all flat black.. I agree with DJ... Powder coat them flat black. Also the one thing I would also do is that neo black telelever and forks. That funky color that BMW uses is crazy!

Seems like the Z6 is the winning tire so far....

I do all kinds of riding, just like the bike wants too.
Riding though the twistys hard, Riding in the rain "two up" coming home from a trip and communting to work.

Now the question is ... where shall I get them from???

Ok, I went for my annual safety check and the inspector said I need new tires, especially the front one. It looks like shingles and is almost to the wear mark.

What brand, model tires do you guys suggest?
